Twenty years working the shipping lines on steam ships showed me the world and the hot belly of the coal boilers. When it was time to settle down on land, Caledon stole my heart.
It took a bit of time for me to learn the ways and manners of Caledon - Victorian ladies and gentlemen of astounding skills, artistry, and knowledge. Scholars and artisans, all. I leant my hand at metal working where I could (see my handiwork by visiting the Tesla Tower in Caledon I), and made many friends. The Library became my favorite place as I learned more and more, then off to the Anvil to discuss it and see how my new learnings floated in the world of fine society.
Oh, and then once I got the time-travel machine working from a few Tesla drawings we found... well, that began another set of adventures!
